in between the 'kerusus'

referring to my earlier post, something about counting and not counting...
why is it that people are always 'counting' to do stuff? take camping for example... yes, true, undeniable, everybody's involved...
but life isn't (definitely shouldn't be) operated solely by the books ; this is where toleration and consideration take place.

situation :
there's  this lady person,A, still single, living her own life, not having to comply  with  anybody, and not having as many commitment as this other single[living-situation-wise]  lady person,B, with a little baby to take care of, and  is still nursing.
the place involved :
quite secluded (well, secluded might be too strong a word, but it's close. adik beradik la tuh)

the story is like you can choose the session to be in charge of, monitor the campers, see that things go well according to plan bla3x. long story short, there's day watch and night watch. so this A person went to see this B person to ask which session of the camping that  she wanted to be in charge of. this B person had to fill in the paper, which was already written by this A person of the session that she wanted to be in charge of, which was day watch. so this B person was pretttty taken aback at what she saw. [my comment : people can be very insensitive at times]

from B person's point of view :
why does A have to be that insensitive??? it's as if she's pretending to be nice. you know, offering something that can't really be taken. it's like she's being considerate, wanting me to have the freedom of choosing but at the same time highlighting the fact such as 'hah! loser! you can't choose, so suck it!'
why is she like that? it's not like she has a baby or a husband to tend to at home! i'm the one with a little baby. what, she thinks i could just bring my baby to the secluded place at night and not having a problem at all to take care of her and monitor the campers at the same time??? she thinks i'm some kind of superhuman, robot or something??? WTH is she thinking???!!

A's point of view :
i don't care! it's unfair! why does it always have to be me? i'm single, not married, don't have babies. true dat.  but that's not fair! all the married persons always use the same excuse, leaving me stuck with the unwanted job. screw them! i don't want to be bullied anymore. i don't care! married or single, work is still work! even though i'm single, that doesn't mean i don't have a life!  i always have to do the extra job! noooooooooo, not this time, i won't! i'm done!

MY POINT OF VIEW :
yes, we all have minds of our own, i mean we all do want something for ourselves, something nice absolutely. but remember, we live in a community. we don't always get what we want. and a little consideration won't hurt. tolerate, live in harmony. we can't always put ourselves first. sometimes others come before us, those who deserve that. don't just think about ourselves, don't always take. give without conditions. what you give you get back. what goes around comes around. just try to put ourselves in someone else's shoes, be the bigger person, take the noble step. today might not be so pleasant for us, but be content for we have helped others in need. our time will come tomorrow. have faith... (^_^)

aaaahhhh yes! that must be it! counting and mathematicians seem quite hard to separate.

MOST PEOPLE WORK AT KEEPING THEIR JOB, RATHER THAN DOING A GOOD JOB

    Asalnya diri sendiri.
